Avoid smoking for this, Eat a healthy and balanced diet, Exercise at least 20 minutes every day.
Contact a doctor about your diabetes, cholesterol level and hypertension.
Follow the doctors instructions for medication
Try to be with your family and dear friends

Heart attack or chest pain treatment is done by angioplasty. The angioplasty is opened in the artery by inserting a stunt or a thin wire into the artery and blood flow is improved.

Life nowadays is very busy and hectic. We all are going through ups and downs which affects our health.

More frequent intake of salty and oily foods
Weight
Being less active
Alcohol intake

There are usually no symptoms for high blood pressure so more frequent you monitor your blood pressure is the only way to keep an eye on it.
But some people may complain of heavy head and dizziness following high blood pressure.

The best way to diagnose hypertension is to get it checked by your doctor or health care provider.
Readings may fluctuate and may be different in morning than at night.

Junk food refers to any kind of processed food which is high in calories and low in nutritional value. It includes burgers, pizzas, fries, salted crisps carbonated drinks and much more.


Unfortunately our new generation is fond of eating junk on daily basis which is putting adverse effects on their health not only physically but psychologically as well.

INTRODUCTION

I strongly believe that   all the junk food has zero nutritional value. It lacks all the essential proteins, vitamins, minerals. All the fried items are cooked in low quality oil and too much salt to make it more tasty and addictive.

EFFECTS OF JUNK FOOD ON HEALTH


When junk food is consumed on regular basis excess fat and complex sugars leads to storage of excessive fat in body resulting in obesity and cardiovascular diseases.
Childhood obesity is a major emerging problem these days.

BEHAVIOR PROBLEMS

Children who eat junk food frequently are more prone to develop behavior problems such as anger, pro social behavior, and short tempered and hyper activity.

TOOTH DECAY



Consuming processed food with high sugar can lead to tooth decay at an early age.

ALL the ready made canned tinned items claims that it has zero sugar and low fat is not true.

They contain hidden sugars and preservatives to keep them fresh for a longer date.

Junk food can be considered as a comfort food as it’s easy to cook or needs no time to cook and no doubt it tastes good but giving adverse effects on health.

AFFECTING MEMORY

Poor eating not only effect physically but also leads to memory loss in long term.

JUNK FOOD SHOULD BE BANNED


At least junk food should be banned in schools and kids must b encouraged to eat healthy food during eating hours and they must be encouraged to eat healthy food.

HOW TO PROTECT KIDS FROM JUNK FOOD


This is the sad reality that kids love to eat unhealthy and they are more happy if they are given junk food on regular basis.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR GROCERY BUDGET ON JUNK:

Kids nowadays have a lot of opportunity to eat junk, so if you think that you are depriving your kids and being harsh on them it’s not true….. Your grocery shopping must not include:

soda and beverages, chips , ready made pastas, pizza ,frozen processed meat, ready made burger patties canned fruits, jellies and  commercially packed desserts.

I am not being anti sugar here but limiting your sugar intake is extremely important.

You can fill up your kitchen counter with fresh fruits and vegetables.

Try making  own homemade cookies and desserts.

Stock your fridge with dried fruits and healthy snacks.

LIMIT TELEVISION

Don’t let your kids watch television while eating.This can distract them and they will show least interest in meal.

CONCLUSION

Junk food has adverse effects on health and should be avoided as you are what you eat and bad eating habits have bad impact on health.
Exercising should be a part of healthy lifestyle besides food.

This refers to the series of emotional and physical symptoms that occurs before the menstrual cycle is due, is termed as premenstrual syndrome.

WHAT CAUSES PREMENSTRUAL SYNDROME?

There is no known cause for premenstrual syndrome but its related to hormones.

SYMPTOMS OF PREMENSTRUAL SYNDROME:


PREMENSTRUAL SYNDROME includes variety of emotional and physical symptoms such as:

Irritability
Mood swings
Acne
Body cramps
Breast tenderness
Bloating
Feeling of hopelessness
Weight gain because of excessive water retention in the body
Fatigue

HOW LONG DOES IT LASTS:

PREMENSTRUAL SYNDROME symptoms begin a week before periods is due and stays once the cycle begins.

PREMENSTRUAL SYNDROME VS PREGNANCY:

The symptoms of PREMENSTRUAL SYNDROME are exactly the same as early pregnancy so it’s better to exclude pregnancy to be on safe side.

HOW TO GET RELIEF PMS:


Premenstrual syndrome symptoms occurs every month in and the ratio is 1:4 means one in every 4th women have the symptoms.

You can follow few tips to get relief from premenstrual syndrome symptoms:

Being physically active may help you to get down with depression and hopelessness.
Walking for just 30 minutes can initiate the release of endorphins in the body which can give a satisfactory feeling.

Eating healthy fruits and vegetables will keep you energetic.
If you are craving for a chocolate or some salty food go for it. This can helps to improve your mood and prevent you from further binging and eating worst food.

HOW TO MANAGE EMOTIONAL SYMPTOMS IN PMS:

As a human being we all go through certain emotions and problem starts when we let the emotions damage our lives.
We are not robots so controlling our emotions is extremely important.
Anger and getting irritated on small things is common in PREMENSTRUAL SYNDROME so what I suggest is getting social interaction with friends is important at this stage.
