OBESITY KILLS
Obesity is a medical term in which excess fat accumulate in
the body which has adverse effects on human health .It is the preventable cause
of death worldwide. The causes of obesity are increase food intake, lack of physical
activity, genetic, endocrine disorders.
It gives birth to many diseases like cardiovascular diseases,
sleep neap, joint conditions, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes mellifluous and even cancers
Life nowadays is very sedentary as we are occupied by machines
for example we have washing machine to wash our clothes, a vacuum to clean our houses
and so we all are occupied by machines.
You all will agree that life nowadays is much easier than
the life before .people in older times doesn’t have much facilities that we all
are availing nowadays.
So lack of physical activity can give rise to obesity or
over weight. Secondly our dietary habits are not up to the mark. Junk foods are
so much loved by everyone. Use of processed food, canned or tinned foods,
sugars, bakery items are slowly killing our new generation.
The purpose of writing here is to bring into notice that
lets think for a while that what we are doing to our health’s .we all know
health is wealth. Life is given once so just don’t waste it.
So coming to the point again nowadays millions of people
suffer from type 2 diabetes worldwide.
Type 2 diabetes is a disease in which there is insulin resistance,
body makes insulin but cannot use it ...cause if excessive fat in the body and
once you are diabetic it cannot go away, you have to live with it throughout
your life .Diabetes is like a parasite it eats your body slowly if you don’t
keep an eye on it.
Secondly the major disease to be shared here is poly cystic
ovarian disease which is so common these days in females and most commonly
young girls .REASON is wrong dietary habits, being overweight or obese.
Let’s have a look what poly cystic ovarian disease is; as the
name suggests poly=many cystic =cysts
Resulting in the production of excessive male hormones in
the female body leading to acne,
Hirsutism, infertility, may end up in type 2 diabetes and
cardiovascular diseases.
Losing only five percent of body weight can improve the
symptoms of pcos.
Let’s now have a look on childhood obesity. Worldwide millions
of children suffers from childhood obesity, reason could be genetic or eating
habits and off course less or no physical activity .Least but not last
confidence level is affected apart from diseases.
If we just modify the living style of our children we can
get rid of this childhood obesity. If a child is obese or fat we as a parent
are somewhere responsible for it .Just for own comfort and ease we allow them
to eat junk or processed food .kids nowadays spend more time on gadgets instead
of doing some physical activity .SO as a parent I prefer my six year old to be
more physically active rather than spending hours and hours on gadgets which
also have a adverse impact on his eyesight.
Let’s think for a while why not people on older times
suffers from diseases ;reason is that they were more physically active and off
course diet which is on the top.
Well I believe you are what you eat …...Just doing a small
changes in the lifestyle you can cure obesity which has negative impact on life
and give rise to many diseases.
A healthy body is a healthy soul………...
