Life begin with water. If we have a look at a point where life begin is water. A drop of semen that contains millions of sperms. what is the semen "Mostly Water" so life begin with water. The fetus surviving inside the mummy's tummy floats in water called amniotic fluid in (medical term). So we cannot deny the truth that life begins with water.After the baby's birth he or she is totally dependent on mother's feed which is actually water so life without water is nearly impossible.


A human being can survive for weeks without food but cannot live without (H2O) water. we cannot thank God enough for this blessing.
Water is being used by every single cell tissues and organs in the body, 70 percent of human body is made up of  water so why can't we make a habit of having at least 3 liters of water everyday.


Drinking a glass of Luke warm water on empty stomach will do a miracle. It cleans our digestive tract, boost up the metabolism flushes the toxins from the body improves complexion and prevents constipation and least but not last it also aids in weight loss.Being overweight or obese is the root cause of every disease.


Now we all can agree with the benefits of water which is fairly obvious on the other hand drinking water after food can lead to many health hazards. Avoid drinking water immediately after meal could be dangerous. It slows the metabolism. It can also makes you feel bloated. You could take water at least after 30 minutes of your last meal.


Drinking plenty of water throughout the day can prevent joint pain and inflammation of joints. It also prevents constipation and boost up the mood and may help to treat kidney stones.
When it comes to beauty tips we cannot underestimate water. It gives natural glow to skin and keeps skin Healthy wealthy and shine. 


Drinking cold water aids in weight loss as body has to make that water to a normal temperature utilizing calories. It can control hunger attacks  and controls body weight. Having sips of water during work out session can prevent muscle sprains and keeps you re-hydrated.


   
In a nut shell if we make habit of at least 8 to 12 glasses of water each day we can prevent major and minor health problems.
