The exact cause of high blood pressure is still unclear. But it may be influenced by:

Family history
Age
More frequent intake of salty and oily foods
Weight
Being less active
Alcohol intake

SYMPTOMS

There are usually no symptoms for high blood pressure so more frequent you monitor your blood pressure is the only way to keep an eye on it.
But some people may complain of heavy head and dizziness following high blood pressure.

DIAGNOSIS

The best way to diagnose hypertension is to get it checked by your doctor or health care provider.
Readings may fluctuate and may be different in morning than at night.

Keep yourself away from depression and anxiety and look after your mental health.
