considered as the most stubborn fat as compare to the fat on other areas of the
body.
It is the most
harmful fat which is linked to many diseases such as heart diseases and type 2
diabetes mellitus.

When you
consume excess sugar it is forced to convert in to fat and accumulates in the
belly and liver and leads to insulin resistance.
